1. How to use the lift platform

1. Preparation before use

In order to ensure safe use and keep the machine in good working condition, the appearance performance should be checked before use. The inspection contents are as follows:

(1) Whether the power cord is in good condition;

(2) Whether each button is valid;

(3) Whether there is oil leakage in the oil pipeline;

(4) Whether the nuts at each intersection on the boom are tight.

2. Operation steps

(1) Support the legs, adjust the leg bolts to keep the lifting platform level, and then lock the leg positioning bolts;

(2) Turn on the power supply and turn on the power supply. After the indicator light is on, the test drive can start work.

3. Instructions for use

(1) Work in accordance with the specified load, overload use is strictly prohibited, and 10% overload is not allowed in special emergency situations;

(2) It is strictly forbidden to carry people to work on fixed lifting platforms without safety guardrails;

(3) Do not move the lifting platform during the action and when in the rising position;

(4) When the lifting platform is working, the legs must be supported, and it is strictly forbidden to make violent artificial shaking on the working platform.

(5) It is strictly forbidden to carry out any live work on the workbench;

(6) If the working pressure of the lifting platform is too high or the sound is abnormal, it should be shut down immediately for inspection to avoid serious damage to the lifting platform. For general faults, please refer to (faults and troubleshooting);

(7) The wind is not greater than level 5 when in use, and the machine must not be used during thunderstorms.

2. Lift maintenance and safety instructions

1. Non-electrical professionals are not allowed to disassemble or install electrical appliances at will to prevent electric shock or misconnection.

2. When it is necessary to enter under the working platform of the lifting platform for maintenance, the lifting platform working platform must be suspended. To prevent the lifting platform from falling suddenly, causing casualties;

3. Non-professionals are not allowed to adjust the overflow valve arbitrarily. When each component in the hydraulic system is working under the specified pressure, after arbitrarily adjusting the overflow valve, it may cause abnormal operation of the hydraulic system. There will be unnecessary damage to people, machines and things;

4. Before unloading any part of the hydraulic system, the pressure must be relieved to prevent the pressure oil from spraying out and the workbench suddenly falling;

5. Add some lubricating oil between the corresponding moving parts to prolong the service life of the bearing;

6. Check the oil quality and oil level of the hydraulic oil. The lifting platform rises all the way. In this position, the hydraulic oil level should be 40-50 mm higher than the bottom of the tank. Whether the hydraulic press is dark, sticky or has foreign matter such as grit, if found, replace 120# hydraulic oil in time.
